General conditions of access and use of the website

These provisions regulate the general terms and conditions of access and use of the Website that SUN2HY  makes available to you as a user (hereinafter, the “GeneralConditions”).

User

The use of the  Web attributes the condition of user of the same and expresses its full and unchanged acceptanceof each and every one ofthe General Conditions published by  SUN2HY  at the moment in which you access the Web, without prejudice to the acceptance of the particular conditions that,  where applicable.

In the event that the userdoes not understand and/ or does not accept all or part ofthe  General Conditions, you must cease using the Web. Any use other than that authorized is expressly prohibited, leaving  SUN2HY  empowered to deny or withdraw access and use of the Web, at any time, and without prior notice, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions or the particular conditions that, where appropriate, are applicable.

SUN2HY reserves the right to restrict, suspend, prohibit or terminate at any time the access and / or use, to all or part of the Web and to all or certain users, without the need for prior notice by  SUN2HY. In particular, but without limitation,  SUN2HY  may temporarily suspend the services and contents of the Web to carry out maintenance, improvement or repair operations thereof.

The usuario declares to know and accept this fact and, consequently, renounces to claim against  SUN2HY  damage or harm that may be caused by this reason.

Through the Web, SUN2HY  provides information about the company and its services. The data contained in the Web are provided to the user only for informational purposes and in no case can be considered as a binding offer of  SUN2HY  for the realization of any service.

The user and, in general, any natural or legal person who intends to establish a hyperlink or technical link device (for example, links or buttons) from their website to the Web(hereinafter,  the”Hyperlink”) must obtain prior written authorization from  SUN2HY.

The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between SUN2HY  and the owner of the site or the web page on which the Hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance or approval by  SUN2HY  of its contents or services.

In any case, SUN2HY  reserves the right to prohibit or disable at any time any Hiperenlace to the Web, especially in cases of illegality of the activity or contents of the website in which the  Hiperenlace is included.

The Website may make available tothe useronly for the search and access tothe information, content and services available on the Internet, hyperlinks or technical link devices (for example, links or buttons), which allowthe user to access Internet sites orportals belonging to or managed by third parties(hereinafter,   the “LinkedSites”).

The Web does not offer or commercialize by itself or through third parties the information, contents and services available on the Linked Sites, nor does it approve, supervise or control in any way the contents and services and any material of any natureexisting in them, assuming the orsuario exclusively all the responsibility of navigation through the Linked Sites.

Whoever uses the Web does so at their own risk. SUN2HY is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may be suffered by the content of the same or others that can be accessed through it.

SUN2HY cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Web, nor for any action taken on the basis of the information provided therein.

SUN2HY does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause damage or alterations in the computer system, in the electronic documents or in the files of the user. Consequently, SUN2HY  is not liable for any damages that such elements may cause to the user or to third parties.

The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the use of the Website and its contents, and SUN2HY  cannot be held responsible for the use of the Website contrary to the regulations that are applicable at all times. In case of observing that illegal activities are being carried out or these General Conditions are being violated,  SUN2HY  reserves the right to deny the user access to the Web or any part of it, without notification.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The provision ofthe Web service and the provisions contained in this Legal Notice and in the Privacy Notice are governed  by Spanish law. In the measurein which the L ey sopermits, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
