SUN2HY processes personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, without the aforementioned data being subsequently used for purposes incompatible with the initial ones.

In general, the retention periods of the personal data processed by SUN2HY are determined by the legitimizing basis of the aforementioned treatment, without prejudice to the additional conservation periods that may correspond to the attention of the possible responsibilities as a result of the treatment (limitation period of legal obligations and / or limitation period of actions):

In general, SUN2HY:
(i) communicates to the Data Processors with whom it has signed the corresponding contract, the personal data that are necessary for the provision of the service object of the same.
For these purposes, in accordance with the current regulations on data protection that are applicable, “Data Processor” is understood as the“natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the person responsible for the treatment”.
(ii) does not communicate personal data to Third Parties, unless such transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the execution of a legally authorized faculty, without the existence of assignments that require the consent of the interested parties or that are based on another legitimizing basis has been detected.
For these purposes, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations in force, “Third Party” means the“natural or legal person, public authority, service or body other than the interested party, the data controller, the processor and the persons authorised to process the personal data under the direct authority of the controller or processor”.
Likewise, it is noted that the data communications that SUN2HY makes do not constitute international data transfers.

The aforementioned rights may be made effective before SUN2HY, by writing, dated and signed, to the postal or email address indicated in section 1, indicating the right exercised, your address for communications purposes, as well as accompanying a photocopy of your N.I.F, and, where appropriate, documents accrediting the request you make.
Likewise, the interested parties may complain to the supervisory authority that is competent in the event that their rights are violated.
Integrity and confidentiality in the processing of personal data
SUN2HY has adopted the necessary security measures to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the personal data it processes, and carries out periodic reviews on the effectiveness of the same, updating, complementing and improving them whenever it is appropriate based on the review of the relevant risk analyses on the data processing it carries out.
